Who is a Good Candidate for Dental Bridges?
To determine if you are a good candidate for dental bridges, you will need to meet with a member of our team for a scheduled consultation. Your oral and overall health will be discussed, as we will need to evaluate whether other preparatory treatments must first be administered (i.e., gum disease treatment, bone grafting, etc.). In most cases, if you are missing between one and four teeth, a dental bridge is likely to be a good option for you.
If you are missing more than four teeth in a row, you will probably need to discuss the option of a partial denture simply because the longer a bridge is, the less reliable and sturdy it can become.
